We are Appents LLC("Company", "we", "us"), operating Pinpost at pinpost.io. This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds and cancellations for all Pinpost subscription plans.
We believe in keeping things simple and transparent. No confusing terms. No hidden conditions.
1. Our refund policy
Simple and straightforward
We do not offer refunds on any Pinpost subscription — monthly or annual. Instead, we give you the freedom to cancel anytime, with no questions asked, no penalties, and no cancellation fees.
Monthly plans
No refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions. If you cancel, you retain full access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.
Annual plans
No refunds are issued for annual subscriptions, including partial-period refunds. If you cancel an annual plan, you retain full access until the end of the annual period you have paid for.
Free plan
The free plan has no charges and requires no cancellation. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
We recommend trying the Free plan before upgrading to ensure Pinpost is the right fit for your agency.
2. How to cancel
Cancelling your Pinpost subscription is easy and takes less than a minute. No phone calls, no forms, no questions.
Cancel from your dashboard
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
Cancel via email
Email us at info@pinpost.io with your account email and the subject line "Cancel my subscription." We will process your cancellation within 1 business day.
Once cancelled, you will never be charged again. We do not require any notice period or minimum subscription length.
3. What happens after cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your paid billing period.
- After that, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan.
- Your data, brands, and scheduled posts are retained for 30 days on the Free plan.
- After 30 days on Free, data exceeding Free plan limits may be removed.
- You can reactivate your paid plan at any time from your dashboard.
We will never delete your account without prior notice. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, visit Settings → Account → Delete Account.
4. Billing errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly — such as being billed twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after cancelling — please contact us immediately.
Reporting a billing error
Email info@pinpost.io with your account email and a description of the issue. We will investigate and resolve genuine billing errors promptly, including issuing a correction or credit where applicable.
Billing errors are the only circumstance under which a payment adjustment may be made. This is distinct from a refund request for a valid charge.
