How Can I Delete My Information?

We store your data only as long as it is necessary to provide our services or until your account is deleted, whichever comes first. The specific retention period depends on factors such as the type of data, why it was collected and processed, and any applicable legal or operational retention requirements.

When you delete your account, all the content and data you have created or uploaded to PinPost, including posts, captions, media files, and connected social media configurations, become unavailable immediately. We permanently delete your uploaded content and account data within 30 days of the account deletion request. During this period, you may or may not be able to recover your account.

To retrieve a deleted account, try signing in again to the PinPost website or apps within 30 days of deletion.

Information related to you but not directly created by you, for example, brand-level analytics or shared post logs where you were a collaborator, may or may not be deleted and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you do not want to permanently delete your account but wish to take a break, you can simply sign out. Your data, drafts, and scheduled posts will remain intact.
